Nashville Heat Meets Global Flavour

Mad Bird absolutely delivered! I had the Nashville chicken sandwich, crispy fries, wings, and two desserts (Crème Brûlée and Strawberry Nutella). Everything was delicious. The chicken was juicy with the perfect amount of spice, and the sauces were incredible. The wings were huge, crispy, and packed with flavour. The fries were perfectly golden and crispy, and both desserts were rich, satisfying, and the perfect way to finish the meal. Every item exceeded my expectations :) I will say they should have better seating, the layout had people all over the place but overall my experience was great.

Today was my visit to Mad Bird with my daughter. We came specifically for viral Japanese cream sandwiches. Ordered the firebird Waffle Sandwich,Ten-I-See chick bowl, and Mango cream and Creme Brûlée. We asked Morgan for the recommendation and were really happy with his very professional and detailed knowledge about every single item on the menu. The energy Morgan has and greeting every single customer entering the restaurant is really commendable, after working so hard maintaining that energy throughout the day is amazing. He will be a great manager one day. They offer many spice levels and have great portion sizes, so there’s something for everybody! Overall it was an excellent experience and I definitely recommend that everyone gives Mad Bird a try. Bring your family and friends to celebrate life. Thank you Morgan and Mad Bird for offering us good food in town. Glad we visited today drive 35 minutes and spending reasonable amount of money was worth it. Good luck Morgan and Mad Bird👏👏👏👏💕

Ive been dyingg to try the viral Japanese cream sandwiches and they did not disappoint at all. 😊😌😌 We ordered the creme brulee and mango cream flavours and both were DELICIOUS. Since it was our first time visiting Mad Bird, we also got the Ten-I-See Chick bowl, and the FireBird Waffle with the Buttermilk ranch and secret sauce dipping sauces. The full Halal menu was a cherry on top. From the time we walked in the door, we were warmly welcomed by Morgan. He was super helpful with his spice level and chicken sandwich recommendations. Since we were dining in, he suggested that the cream sandwiches be prepared once we were done with the rest of our food, which was super thoughtful (and I would recommend doing too). He also made it a point to ask us how our food was as we began to leave. Definitely a star employee ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The siting space is modest but still very comfortable. Overall, all the food was great, the service was incredible, the portion sizes and spice levels were spot on. We came for the cream sandwiches, but would definitely come again for the service and to try the rest of the menu 😊😊🙌🏼 the 30 mins drive was soo worth it 10/10
