Mad Bird absolutely delivered! I had the Nashville chicken sandwich, crispy fries, wings, and two desserts (Crème Brûlée and Strawberry Nutella). Everything was delicious. The chicken was juicy with the perfect amount of spice, and the sauces were incredible. The wings were huge, crispy, and packed with flavour. The fries were perfectly golden and crispy, and both desserts were rich, satisfying, and the perfect way to finish the meal. Every item exceeded my expectations :) I will say they should have better seating, the layout had people all over the place but overall my experience was great.

I went here to get the viral dessert sandwiches, but also to try their chicken. And wow. BOTH were amazing. The dessert sandwiches I got were strawberry and creme bruel. They were both incredible. Tasty but not overly sweet and rather light too. The fried chicken sandwich was DELISH! I got the hot honey one and the wings with maple hot sauce. Everything was crispy, juicy and tasty. The fries are shoestring fries which I love. Service was friendly and there was a bit of a wait for the dessert sandwiches but the chicken was ready quick.

Finally tried Mad Bird and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We had the TikTok-inspired Sando Strawberry & Crème Brûlée and the Chicken & Waffles — both were amazing. The portions were generous and every bite was packed with flavour. The Sando cream was literally oozing out after every bite 🤤 The Chicken & Waffles were super tasty too, although it would’ve been even better if a side came included for the price. We paid around $36 total, which still felt pretty reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. One thing we REALLY appreciated was the tipless payment format. No awkward tip jars, no guilt-trip signs, and no 20% pop-up screens shoved in your face — THANK YOU for that. Staff were very friendly, the location is easy to get to, and there’s lots of parking available. Definitely a must-visit spot and somewhere we’ll be coming back to often. Highly recommend!
