These Terms of Service govern your use of the Shawarma Spot online ordering site. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
Menu prices, fees, taxes, and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if pricing was displayed in error; in that case you will be refunded in full.
Delivery
Delivery is provided by DoorDash Drive or a comparable courier service. Estimated delivery windows are best-effort and may vary based on traffic, weather, or courier availability. Delivery fees and any service charges are itemized at checkout.
Cancellations and refunds
You may request a cancellation before the kitchen has started preparing your order. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may be limited. Refunds for quality or delivery issues are handled on a case-by-case basis — email support@menulogic.ca with your order number and we will respond within one business day.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information you authorize the charge for your order total, applicable taxes, fees, and tip.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit fraudulent orders, or interfere with the operation of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shawarma Spot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the delivery of your order.
