Net Revenue Retention
An advanced cohort view that compares how much revenue a group of customers generated in one period vs the next — independent of how many of them stuck around.
What it tells you
- NRR > 100% — Existing customers are spending more over time. Healthy growth even without new acquisition.
- NRR = 100% — Revenue is holding steady from your existing base.
- NRR < 100% — Revenue is leaking. Either customers are leaving or spending less.
Customer retention mode
Toggle to a customer-count view to see what portion of each cohort actually placed another order in the next period. Compare the two side-by-side to separate "fewer customers" from "lower spend per customer".
