Delivery Fees & Subsidies
Control how delivery fees are calculated and optionally subsidise fees to incentivise orders.
Distance-based fee tiers
Delivery fees are calculated using configurable distance tiers. You define fee brackets based on the distance between the customer and the delivery location:

Restaurant subsidies
Subsidise part or all of the delivery fee based on order value. Configure subsidy tiers to incentivise larger orders:
- Orders over $30 → $2 off delivery.
- Orders over $50 → $4 off delivery.
- Orders over $75 → free delivery.
The subsidy is absorbed by the restaurant — customers see the reduced fee at checkout, while you cover the difference.
Free delivery for new accounts
Enable a promotional free delivery offer for first-time customers to drive new signups:
- Enable/disable — Toggle the promotion on or off.
- Max subsidy amount — Cap the free delivery value (e.g. up to $8 off).
- Promotional image — Upload a custom banner shown on the storefront for new visitors.
Driver tipping
When enabled, customers see a tip selector during checkout for delivery orders. Tips are shown as suggested amounts (e.g. $2, $4, $6, custom). The tip is added to the order total.
