Message Templates

    Create reusable SMS and email templates that power your campaigns and review collection. Templates support dynamic variables and rich HTML editing for emails.

    Template types

    • SMS

      Plain text messages with variable placeholders. Used for SMS campaigns, order notifications, and review requests. Keep under 160 characters for single-segment delivery.

    • Email

      Rich HTML emails built with the visual editor. Used for email campaigns and review collection emails. Supports full branding, images, buttons, and formatting.

    Variables

    Templates support dynamic variables that are replaced with real values at send time:

    Where templates are used

    • Campaigns — Select an SMS or email template when creating a campaign.
    • Review collection — Select an email template for review request emails.
    • Order notifications — SMS templates for pickup/delivery confirmations (configured separately in Order Settings).
