Configure how your ordering system behaves — phone verification, payment methods, and checkout flow options.

Phone verification modes

Phone verification ensures customers provide a valid phone number. Choose from three modes:

• Verify on checkout page (recommended)

  Customers verify their phone directly on the checkout page via SMS OTP before paying. Low friction, single-page flow. Best for most restaurants.

• Verify before checkout

  Customers verify their phone on separate pages before reaching checkout. This creates persistent user accounts, enabling returning customers to skip verification on future orders.

• Phone number only

  Collects the phone number without SMS verification. Lowest friction but no guarantee the number is valid. Suitable for low-risk scenarios.

Payment options

• Online payment — Always available via Stripe. Customers enter card details in a secure Stripe Elements form.
• Pay in person — Toggle to allow customers to select "Pay at pickup" during checkout. The order is placed without payment and marked for in-person collection.

Scheduled orders

Customers can optionally schedule orders for a future pickup or delivery time. The available time slots are based on the business hours configured for each location.
