Customer CRM
View and manage all your customers in one place. Customer profiles are automatically created when orders are placed — no manual setup required.
How profiles are created
When a customer places their first order, a profile is created with their phone number as the primary identifier. On subsequent orders, the profile is matched by phone number and updated with the latest information (name, email, address).
Profile data
- Name — First and last name from their orders.
- Phone number — Primary identifier, used for SMS campaigns and matching.
- Email — If provided during ordering.
- Loyalty points balance — Current points earned and available for redemption.
- Total orders — Lifetime order count.
- Lifetime spend — Total revenue from this customer.
- Tags — Labels assigned for segmentation.
- Tier — Automatically calculated (New / Regular / VIP).
- Default address — Saved delivery address for faster checkout.
- Default pickup location — Preferred pickup location.
- Marketing opt-in — SMS and email marketing consent status.
- Phone verified — Whether the phone number has been verified via OTP.

What you can do
- Search customers by name, phone, or email.
- Filter by tag, tier, or order date range.
- View a customer's full order history with line-item details.
- Manually add or remove tags for segmentation.
- View saved delivery addresses.
- Export the customer list as CSV for external analysis.
Customer addresses
Customers can save multiple delivery addresses. Each address is geocoded and validated against delivery zones. The system tracks which location is closest and the distance, making reordering faster for repeat customers.
Tip: Use the CRM to identify your most valuable customers and add a "VIP" tag. Then target them with exclusive offers via campaigns.
