Merge Tags

Personalise SMS and email content with dynamic placeholders. At send time the platform replaces each tag with the recipient's actual data.

Common tags

• {{first_name}} — Customer's first name (falls back to a friendly default).
• {{restaurant_name}} — Your restaurant's display name.
• {{points_balance}} — Their current rewards points.
• {{last_order_date}} — Date of their most recent order.
• {{discount_code}} — Auto-generated single-use code attached to the send.
