Uber Direct

    Dispatch deliveries through Uber's courier network as an alternative or fallback to DoorDash Drive. Configured per location, so you can mix providers across branches.

    Setup

    1. Open Integrations → Couriers and choose the location you want to configure.
    2. Enter the Customer ID, Client ID and Client Secret from your Uber Direct dashboard.
    3. Choose Uber Direct as the primary or fallback provider for that location.

    How dispatch works

    • When a delivery order is ready to dispatch, the platform requests a quote from Uber Direct.
    • On accept, a courier is summoned and a tracking link is sent to the customer.
    • Status updates (assigned, picked up, delivered) flow back into the order record.
    Billing: Uber Direct invoices are settled centrally — you don't need to attach a payment method in the platform.
