Messaging Quota

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of SMS sends and email sends. The quota resets in line with your Stripe billing cycle, not the calendar month.

What counts

• Marketing sends — Campaigns and automations count against the quota.
• Transactional sends — Order confirmations, status updates and OTPs do not count.
• Review requests — Count against the quota as marketing sends.

Remaining quota and reset date are shown in the Marketing dashboard header.
